Burj Khalifa (Torre Jalifa) es un rascacielos situado en Dubái (Emiratos Árabes Unidos) que supone, con una altura de 828 metros, la estructura más alta del mundo levantada por el ser humano. El inicio de la obra data del año 2004 y fue concluida en el año 2010.
Su nombre es debido a Jalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, el Jeque y presidente de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos.
No fue hasta el 4 de enero de 2010 cuando se inauguró con una espectacular ceremonia de apertura.
