Zum #HedonisticFriday habe ich @FrauHolle und mir einen klassischen# MaiTai gebaut.

Ich mache den immer ungefähr so:

6 cl Dunkler #Rum. Ich verwende hier einen Black Tot.
3 cl Limettensaft
1,5 cl Triple Sec, Vorschlag, Pierre Ferrand Triple Sec Dry #Curaçao.
1 cl Zuckersirup
0,5 cl #Orgeat. Keinesfalls mehr, es soll nur eine leichte Mandelnote geben!

Hart auf 100g Eis shaken, abseihen in einen gefrosteten Tumbler, in dem bereits 4 Eiswürfel und eine Limettenscheibe darauf warten, von dem Drink umspült zu werden. Falls vorhanden, passt auch ein Minzezweig dazu.

Saulecker, aber Vorsicht! #Autofahren und #Maschinenbedienung sollte man anschließend bleiben lassen!
