Decided to do value studies for these prompts.

I didn't time them but they felt like #5MinuteSketch exercises. It was nice to focus on simplifying shapes into value.

Found a few minutes to do my #CuratorPrompts34 #2MinuteSketch es for the night, just before bed :D

These were relatively complex, so I definitely over-ran my timer trying to sneak in a last couple of details, but I'm pretty happy with how the third one - in particular - came out!

Okay honestly VERY happy with how today's #2MinuteSketch session turned out!! At first these were super intimidating, but I made my frames a bit bigger and really focused on getting the big shapes down. Also learning more and more about oil pastels and how to use them effectively. I had a blast!!

A cup of tea, some biscuits. The fog was vanishing and the clear sky with the raising sun were coming out. What a beautiful day thought Mark. 5 minutes later he get out of the front door wearing a blue suit with a white shirt. He enters into his 2004 Mini Cooper, and as soon he start the engine, three people appears in the back seats and scream "thou are the King of Wales, and thou lead us to victory!". Mark screams in terror, the three men scream with joy.
