A #5MinuteSketch for #CuratorPrompts52. I sketched this with a Niji flat waterbrush using Schmincke neutral tint watercolor. I spent a lot of time trying to mix paint colors today so it was fun to work in monochrome for a change.

I lost confidence in this really early on. I ended up resorting to adding blocks of colour to get past the difficulty of representing the buildings. Despite this "shortcut", it still took me 2 hours to finish.
