Another technique - some systems that won't obey "agent" or "operator" will detect angry "fuck"s and other curses 😂 and route you to a human. Apparently it's basically "Is this caller frustrated enough to make trouble?". I have found it to work a couple of times when nothing else did...

Some sorcer[er|ess|______] put a gender curse on JKR.
Now JKR changes their gender to a random one, often something outside the binary, every time they sneeze. That'll teach them a lesson!

Just managed my first in a month after the old issues reared up. It was hard going but managed a Very Slow 5k. Feel spectacular. Like I've been released from a curse. If only biscuits could make me feel this way.
