Day trip to #DESY to check out if we can refurbish an old unused calorimeter for the brandnew #LUXE-NPOD experiment. 4.5h of uninterrupted work time to finally read two recent master theses on #GNN based reconstruction and #AnomalyDetection.

@freyablekman #DESY or #KIT indeed have really nice options in the regular canteens now - as you, wrote, it sometimes it does not taste well, but that is not a #vegan only problem :-) #CERN can certainly do better! Especially at remote or very time-intensive conferences I really dependent on the organizers to provide some food - or to communicate clearly well advance that I need to find an alternative.
