I visited the Bochum Observatory few weeks ago. Guido, #DL9DBP, showed us around the #radome - a 40 m high supporting air dome that protects the 20 m parabolic #antenna inside from the weather.
The #Bochum #Observatory is an educational centre for space and environmental research, receiving, registering, processing and interpreting satellite data to explore the Earth using space technology. And they are also about to follow the launch and journey to the #moon of #Artemis.
