@fionabradley Thanks! I've been following from the beginning. Does it now recommend specific governance structures? I can't see any.

As I see it, the awardees are either university-owned ( ) or FLOSS projects with limited lock-in potential ( ). and are the exception, relatively new orgs under Belgian law.

The SCOSS method is interesting because money flows directly from universities to the targets.
