Back from my diabetic eye screening appointment. Painless, other than the taxi fare - I do wish #Gwynedd put the screening place somewhere with a decent #bus service rather than on a business park accessible only by car.

Thing is, I don’t drive. I can’t drive and I have a letter from the #DVLA that says I’m not allowed.

Heddlu (Police) and #DVLA managers are investigating after a V5C (vehicle registration document) with racist terms was sent from #Swansea, Wales to a Black man in #Oldham, Lancashire, NW England (he doesn't even own a car!)

This does look like someone locally who knows him has done it (rather than rogue DVLA staff), which is more worrying as there must be some car associated with it which is now registered to his home address (and could be used in crime?)
