Found an awesome site for workout routines to do at home: DareBee. The workouts have themes like: martial arts, role playing games, and science fiction. It's all free with no ads, supported by donations. You can filter by fitness level, with or without equipment, or type of exercises desired. Wish I had known about this years ago. Check it out if you need some inspiration to exercise, or you're bored with your routine.

Here's a wild idea: Setting up a video chat and doing workouts from #darebee (https://darebee.com ) together. I'd picture something light, no-equipment that takes about 30 minutes, maybe including a light warmup and some stretching.
How about the hashtag #WorkOutTogether? Or #FediGym?
I'd only need a video chat service that works with shitty rural German internet and isn't Skype.

After that, I took about 20 minutes to stretch and foam roll.
I just love strength training, and even my former dislike for core strength exercises is getting milder. But I dread cardio stuff at the moment.
