Hate to be the person to say it but the Garth Marenghi joke was already running out of steam after Darkplace ended and they tried the Dean Learner spin off. Darkplace was lightning in a bottle and try to catch it again will taint the original material. Hopefully I am wrong.

What's been the most fun has been sharing #Darkplace with my cynical, world-weary, digital native kids and seeing their unalloyed delight at this surreal masterpiece.
