In USA, a class action lawsuit was only able to recover a few dollars per person from Facebook. I find myself working in the Homelessness Services sector and disgusted at how much poor folks in crisis are asked to pay with no guarantee of housing. They are asked to pay with their time and their personal information. They are asked to pay with their dignity, their patience, and their hope. And when they don't have enough of the last two, they are talked down to and even disrespected by even the best and most experienced staff.
