#Email folder as #todo management is only viable with:
- 1 email = 1 task
- Subject is meaningful and indicates task goal/purpose
- No need to re-read email body to understand task
- No further meta-data/context necessary for the task since email is read only
- No hard deadline that should be visible on your task list or calendar

Since this depends on discipline of all of your email communication partners, this does not work IMHO.
