Weighed in today at 337.2 pounds. Down 1.6 pounds since last week and 35 pounds overall.

Losing anything this week was a minor miracle. I had been talking about wanting a cheat day but ultimately decided against it. an

Then my wife decided she wanted to start eating good again. She wanted to eat out before she started and that turned it to a massive cheat meal for myself.

I was so sick. It was not worth it at all but it was delicious. Back on track now and still losing.
