It's no wonder I always hated DST.

I'm not even working and I'm having a devil of a time adjusting. It's screwed me up more than a mere hour's worth. I'm now sleeping from sometime between 3-5 a.m. until the day is mostly gone, and it's STILL crappy sleep and I feel like warmed over cat vomit.

Changing my game

Slept like crap since DST started. Sleeping more at naps than at night.

So I'm going to use my "old" schedule and instead of heading to bed at midnight, going at 1. I'll get up when I get up.

Maybe that will recharge me?

Get rid of #DaylightSavingsTime or don’t; I’m not really fussed either way. But it would be nice if clocks changed on a Friday rather than Sunday. At least you’d have the weekend to adjust and Monday morning wouldn’t be quite so tough.

Most of my adult life was spent in Arizona, the bulk of which does NOT observe daylight savings time.

I don't care how much of my remaining years are spent elsewhere, I will never see the sense of "daylight savings time".

What are we saving?

It's like saying, okay, we're doing water savings so nobody drink any water before 9 a.m. even though we're using water for laundry, dishes, industry cooking & everything else.
