@MiRo_SPD, @OHR_BiH task is to implement #Dayton. Electoral (Constitutional) reform needs to take into consideration interests of all 3 constituent people & all BiH court decisions. It was long negotiated, solution only if all parties compromise. @EPPGroup @KarloRessler @ZovkoEU

@MiRo_SPD, @OHR_BiH setzt #Dayton um. Wahlrechts (ggf. Verfassungsreform) muss Interessen aller 3 konstitutiven Völker & alle BiH Verfgerichtsurteile berücksichtigen. Es wurde lang verhandelt, Lösung nur durch Kompromiss, bei dem sich alle Seiten bewegen @cducsubt @CDU_CSU_EP
