It feels so good to be back in a #weighttraining rhythm. While I'm not interested in competing in #powerlifting again, #squats and #deadlifts are just such great functional exercises that positively affect my body and will keep me mobile for a long long time. #gymstodon

Had a small pull in my right hip Thursday, but I think it's recovered mostly at this point. I'm experimenting with slightly elevated (~1 inch) #deadlifts. I want to improve my strength at the start, but it's challenging to get there due to slightly shorter arms. I don't want them too high and make it a rack pull. So requires a bit of trial and error. #weightlifting
Worked it out and felt pretty good overall. First few sets of #deadlifts were not great but it smoothed out!
Finally got a #workout in this week. #Deadlifts and #PowerCleans were my favriot parts.
