#SpecialMaster #Dearie has cancelled a hearing previously set for Thursday, is instead directing #Trump and #DOJ to answer written questions regarding disputes in the #MarALago search lawsuit.

(And, like the rest of us, hoping that #11thCircuit Judges Pryor, Grant, and Brasher give him a reason to hang up his special master uniform this week.)

While we wait for the #Trump merits brief before the #11thCircuit to be filed today, we will also soon be seeing partially-redacted "global issues briefs" from both parties raising issues to be considered by #SpecialMaster #Dearie.

The unredacted versions have already been filed, and pursuant to a process approved by Judge #Cannon, the parties have asked to unseal the redacted version. I'd expect that to be granted today.
