I haven't seen the film "Devotion" yet, but it has a true black hero, so I'm looking forward to seeing it.

It's important, #blackhistory & stories are told as the white-washing of history influences the image of #POC that is portrayed throughout society. It allows systematic racism to thrive & leads to the tolerance/ acceptance of prejudice & injustice.
