This is really, really good. I've been participating in, moderating, and administrating online community for almost 20+ years and can confirm. What's so frustrating is that no one seems to have learned anything about this process. There's always a fresh wave of cockeyed optimists who think it's easy to manage community online.
So much so that they don't value the labor and experience of people who can do it well.
