The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill’s scope has been narrowed in the kind of data which it protects, and the type of protections it offers by terming it as a ‘Digital’ Data Protection Bill.
The Bill takes a ‘one-size fits all’ approach of law-making, which negatively impacts both users, and small and medium service providers.
