Not sure if it's because I too am facing the anniversary of a life-changing event this week, but noticing many people have experienced loss, pain, adversity, trauma between Nov 27-Dec 3. Holding space for all of us as we continue in our healing journeys this week especially. ❤️

My frustration with contactless delivery has once again been reinforced today.

Not only was #GrubHub running late on delivery tonight, they delivered to the wrong address.

The resolution? A rude text back from the driver and the usual run-around with Care trying to do anything other than refund the expenditure.

Either way, it still leaves me without a meal plan for the night. And I’m in absolutely no mood now to order anything else from GrubHub again tonight.

Today I was contemplating going downstairs for lunch, but then thought about whether I should go to the toilet before I went down, since I wanted to limit how many times I went down & up because it uses up so much energy. Then I remembered, we now have a downstairs WC in our new place.

This is a really good example of the kind of micro decisions you often have to make on a daily basis. It might not sound like much, but when you have to make dozens of them a day, it can really add up.

Anyway, feeling pretty happy to have the privilege of affording a place with a downstairs loo.
