A reminder to listen to and trust your body. That your emotions are created by your body and are one of the ways your body talks to you.

Forgot to take my beta blocker and wondered why I was so anxious. Well, a racing heart/tachycardia often causes anxiety.

And I had been about to go for a walk! Which would have just made everyyything so much worse. Am so grateful I listened to my body.

Just mask. Don’t compound the gov’s failings by choosing your fleeting “comfort” over someone’s life. Your life is next- we’re all only temporarily abled. What will you do when you become #disabled? I need every person who doesn’t mask to understand that you’re dangerous. You are literally putting my life and countless other lives- including your own- at risk. You are literally contributing to #death and #disability by spreading #COVID19. Obv someone who’s forced to work without a mask isn’t the same as someone who blithely goes everywhere without a mask or only masks on public transit. But the end results are the same. Disabled people can’t live full lives. #DisabledMastodon #DisabledLife
