TIL that #Philippines' new telecoms provider, #Dito, has arrived in my town and neighbouring towns.

Folks are saying that Dito 4G (not even 5G) is a lot faster than either #Globe or #Smart. We're talking 40Mbps both up and down - not bad for wireless.

So I've ordered a Dito SIM with 96Gb of prepaid data, and we'll see what kind of performance I get when I pop it into my TP-Link 4G router.

Anything that brings me closer to ditching #PLDT Fiber is something I have to explore.
