@panamared27401 if #fox knowingly changes its speech to please viewers in order to keep them, that is commercial speech. #fox programs are merely longform #infomercials. Their onair promos are adverts. I get I don’t have the tools or detailed discernment, but, there’s gotta be a way. Would be good for #fox to have to pay into a fund for disinformation education and voter advocacy, like #BP had to pay into funding environmental cleanup. Maybe #DominionVoting judge will order.

“I have never seen a defamation case with such overwhelming proof that the defendant admitted in writing that it was making up fake information in order to increase its viewership and its revenues,” Tribe told the Guardian. “Fox and its producers and performers were lying as part of their business model.”

That is not news. I can remember when #tvnetworks had fact checking compliance for #adverts #commercials. Now they some have no fact checking for themselves.
