I listened 'A Cyborg Manifesto' by Donna Haraway (from 1983) tonight before attending a book club night about it. It is a dense text but one that evokes many exciting directions of conversation...

I've never been a big fan of corporate social media, long been a fan of open source and GNU, since reading Richard Stallman's 1985 GNU Manifesto.

Watching twitter collapse from it's new billionaire owner is hilarious and awful... and has prompted me to start a Mastodon profile... and I'm seeing lots of cool and interesting content on here to follow!

I have joined the Kolektiva server, as I identify politically as anarcho-feminist since young adulthood when I joined Blackrose Anarchist Bookshop collective in Sydney circa 1990 ; )

Interests - #anarchofeminism speculative science fiction and it's ability to craft worlds, #DonnaHaraway writings of #StayingWithTheTrouble etc ... also arts practice related stuff, also auspol which is a hashtag on here, and also linux related stuff and other stuff.
