I live in a low-income building & this morning I overheard a senior neighbor in the hallway on the phone that she had borrowed from 1 of our other neighbors talking to some sort of food bank group begging for food. Some of my neighbors are going hungry right now but yet the UCP wants a pat on the back for the little bit of money they're handing out at the end of this month! This angers me!
