Pro tip: you can create variations on a seed in #Dreamstudio when you have CLIP enabled. Just click on the image, make sure you have the seed locked, and click "dream" again without changing any settings :)

One thing is for certain: The Genie is out of the bottle, literally. Its honestly some kind of a Genie, really.
This looks to me as the most powerful tool for creatives ever generated. An easy forecast is that we will soon see (if not already) courses that teach using those tools for creatives - exactly like we have Procreate and Photoshop courses.
