SAMe has been helping. Worst part is? I had JUST GOTTEN #SOBER. After binge drinking for half a century I had 6 months sober for the first time in my life then covid hit. I lasted 6 more months until my house almost burned down. now im #drinking again. Crap. Its the only relief I get now.

The obvious answer. There is no safe amount of alcohol drinking.

Doesn't mean we can't drink, since it is perfectly legal everywhere except for some hardline Islamic countries (they aren't civilized anyway).

But we do drink with full knowledge that it is a slow poison.

That said, I stopped social drinking after many years.
