EA had integrated the EA App with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay greatly simplifying arrival procedures. If you open the EA App in CarPlay

You can select Stations, pick your station from the list of nearby stations, pick your charger, and EA App will send credentials to EA. Connect charger to car when prompted.

With EA App, is as easy as a petrol fill up. Just slower. About 1 KWH/minute for Millennium Falcon.

Dismal Manor Gang & Millennium Falcon made its first road trip that required charging on the road. We went up to Aylett, VA for James River Greyhound reunion picnic. On the way back, we DC fast charged with Electrify America at Richmond Walmart Super Center 2295.

Had the EA newbie experience as we made the mistake of following charger displayed instructions. 25 minutes of music on hold and 20 minutes of step by step with EA support

Dismal Manor Gang took its first #DriveElectric road trip that required on the road charging. We stopped by Electrify America to charge and received the EA newbie experience. Charge procedures shown by the charger are sadly out of date and, if attempted, cause the charger and car to deadlock. A magic key fob dance (not in the ID manual) unlocks the cable so you can take a Mulligan.

Changes to EA app and use with Apple CarPlay simplify arrival procedures.
