If they harvested natural spell components in the light of a full moon with a silver sickle and caught it in a wooden bowl, their spells would work perfectly. If they gathered their components in “lesser” ways, their spells would work at 80 or 60% strength, or something to that effect. I would have to look up the specifics later.
