Both the #49ers and the #warriors had rare opportunities to draft high (very rare) and both missed big time. The #niners took Lance, the #Dubs took Wiseman. Both very young, both with limited college time, both suffered injuries which abbreviated their potential playing time. Wiseman is now at the Pistons where they have too many big men while Lance goes to the Cowboys where he will be a backup again. Sometimes we outthink ourselves.

Enjoyed watching Santos, Podz, and Quinones get so much playing time today. The three all play with confidence. Quinones looks special, Podz is a real point guard, and Gui has really improved. I know it's just #NBASummerLeague but Wise, PBJ, and Rollins have also looked good with their new teams.

Poole has been putrid most of these playoffs. He's completely out of control at one point and then playing scared the next play. On defense he's even worse, leaving his man wide open for 3's or getting called for reach in fouls. Ugh. He's been such a disappointment. I hope he's able to turn it around and soon.

This is gonna sound odd, but I think a blowout loss was actually better for the Lakers than a 10 point loss that had Lebron and AD playing the whole game. It allowed the Warriors to rest Steph, Klay and Draymond almost the entire 4th quarter, but I think the Lakers are helped more by the rest than the Warriors. I really have no idea what to expect from these teams from game to game. Both teams are so inconsistent.
