My summer reading. Previous years this would have been an unobtainable goal due to my chronically slow reading speed but I'm hoping that with my new #AssistiveTechnology #CPen I'll at the very least make a serious dent in these bad boys. I've already read extracts/chapters from #Foucault #Durkheim and #McBrien but am interested enough to read the entire books now. I'm looking forward to the McCammon one, he's one of my favourite authors, his book Swan Song is my all time favourite.

On the integration dimension, sadness-happiness are the affectual motivators for egoisim-altruism. For the regulation dimension, shame, in different forms. characterizes these suicides. From there, the paper can expand the basic four-fold model to really explain what #Durkheim intended with his mixed-forms (see the last chapter of Book II, The Individual Forms).
This paper was a joy to think through.
