@belanbanwy For comparison, #DwrCymru is a non-profit entity with no shareholders. This allows them to reinvest any profits back into its infrastructure and keep bills relatively low. While I personally think that #Utilities and other #NaturalMonopolies should be #Nationalised; If we're going to have privatised utilities then I'd rather them work like this than as for profit businesses.
