Como puede observarse, la solución comercial (que muchos conocéis si hacéis proyectos en #Arduino) rechaza peor las interferencias y ruido. Esto se debe a la elección de componentes y prácticas de diseño diferentes, lo que modifica su filtrado.

Añado las ondas de ECG con un postprocesado (Low Pass) que elimina la interferencia a 50Hz.

What’s the diagnosis? I’ll give you a hint: the diagnosis is NOT “heartburn” or “anxiety”

Heart disease in women is underdiagnosed and undertreated.

Women (especially Black women) are less likely to present with "typical" symptoms (based on studies conducted mostly in men), are more likely to have their symptoms dismissed, and have worse outcomes.

We must do better.

I once saw a patient around my age (20s) with an ejection fraction of ~10% as a result of chronic substance use disorder (mostly cocaine). It was shocking.

This is a very important case. We need to be able to recognize & treat SUD, and we need to support harm reduction measures.
