EP #ECON komitejā esam atbalstījuši jaunus noteikumus, lai uzlabotu cīņu pret naudas atmazgāšanu. Jāpilnveido dalībvalstu sadarbība un jāievieš vienotāka ES pieeja, lai noziedznieki nevarētu izmantot vājāku uzraudzību kādā teritorijā, slēpjot līdzekļus un izvairoties no sodiem.
