Das gesamte #ausschreibungs-verfahren ist zumindest fragwürdig. Marktpreise sind i.A. viel höher als Vergütung. Was soll mit einem pseudo-markt-regulierenden und aufgrund politischer Eingriffe manipuliertem verfahren gewonnen werden?. Hinzu kommt dann noch die Abregelung der Anlagen, weil nicht genügend Netze und Speicher gebaut werden und damit nicht zur Verfügung stehen.

Near infrared spectroscopy #NIRS relies mainly on two characteristics of human tissue:
1. The relative transparency of tissue to light in the NIR range, and
2. The oxygenation-dependent light absorbing characteristics of #hemoglobin.
By using a number of different wavelengths, the relative changes in hemoglobin concentration can be displayed continuously.
