I know lots following me are interested and disturbed at the #EHRC supporting the #Tories to re-write the Equality Act 2010 to remove trans rights and make 'transgender' mean nothing.

The Tories-supporting EHRC:
1) Act like we're doing all this mass panic over just 7,000 people, whilst we're actually removing any rights from trans people, and any meaning of being 'transgender' in law.

2) Create new law for the state to decide by itself what being 'gay' or 'lesbian' is 'legally'.

And finally she uses the (in)famous 'politician' phrase of 'we, as a nation' should choose what course we take.

Yet Falkner and the EHRC are not acknowledging the inherent bias that our 'democracy' has massively in favour of what the ruling class - that she is a part of - want.

Or the use of 'confusion', and this 'game' of 'just asking questions' is being played by those entities for distraction and diversion. /end

Does that not show how stupid this whole mass hysteria is - we're legislating supposedly for 7,000 people. Along with all the moral panic pushed incessantly over and over again every day by all of the right-wing media and influencers.

Later, she argues somehow that restricting trans people from spaces that they now have rights to be, "would not affect trans people who do not have GRCs". Why? How are you going to police this sudden distinction and divide?

And additionally the changes would 'potentially' affect only "7,000 who have GRCs".

I guess that's all okay then if it's only 7,000 people.
