My son has developed #ptsd The attacks began in May when he withdrew from Tramadol, after waiting two years for reconstructive surgery on his ankle. He has 2 or 3 seconds warning before the attack happens.
I wondered if anyone on here has experienced ptsd, and if they'd attempted #EMDR #Therapy.
He had 2 attacks last night and it was both horrific and distressing to be unable to help in any way.
Please share so I get some traction.
