In the context of the "leak" published in @euractiv this reads like a parallel universe in which the quality of politicians at national level is far higher. They're terrified of even discussing the tradeoffs of pooling #sovereignty in the #EU with us voters, most of them prefer the coziness of the lack of transparency of the #EUCouncil and cede the sovereignty issue to the far-right.

In less than a week, EU Council responded to our access to documents request and published the four-column document (4CT) of the trilogue negotiations on the regulation on transparency and targeting of political advertising.

In the past, these documents have often only been made available after the end of negotiations, too late.

Hopefully this will set a precedent for the handling of 4CT documents in the future.

Sharing the recent EU regulation that will come in force on December 1st. The Council agreed on a mandatory reduction target of 5% of energy consumption in peak hours. The regulation introduces common measures to subsequently collect and redistribute the energy sector's surplus revenues to final customers.
