The reform and extension of EU ETS, the creation of ETS2 for transport and buildings, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism and the Social Climate Fund adopted by the European Parliament with large majorities! Now just a Council signature needed.

Massively important, as ~three quarters of all EU emissions are now priced and under a decreasing cap.

Very important to get complementary policies agreed and implemented as well!

Die #Ampelkoalition ist ein gutes Beispiel, warum ich auf den #Markt zur Umsetzung der #Klimaziele setze und nicht die Politik. In letzterer können (und werden) einzelne Personen immer wirksame Maßnahmen verhindern.
