On February 21st, EOSC4Cancer held a hackathon on a biomarker-oriented clinical trial database schema. Organised by WP3 leads Macha Nikolski (@CNRS) and Eivind Hovig (@unioslo), the online event brought together 17 participants from the EOSC4Cancer consortium and representatives from UNCAN and CAN.HEAL.

David Tamborero (Karolinska Institutet) presented the ongoing work on defining the database schema. Then, participants brainstormed on various aspects and variants of it.
