The simulated player "discovers" the paths, which can then be followed by bots.

Physics can be rather complicated, so I'm generating the nav mesh by simulating player movement

This is me playing the game locally, and three other players are simulated with 150ms, 300ms and 450ms delay.
Not everything is synchronized just yet, but the systems are in place.
