Tiny cabin across the bay from Longyearbyen we rented from a local while on Svalbard for the eclipse, 2015.

There’s always a lot of “it’s impossible to get there / stay there” talk before eclipses, but there’s always a way. And then you meet others that know that, and you become friends and travel together to the next one 🤗
