Today's #ECOFIN did not take the regional and local dimension of the #EconomicGovernance into account. We must ensure that regions and cities can invest in the digital and energy transition without restraints.

Great, that @EU_Commission plans to table a legislative proposal on #EconomicGovernance reform after March EUCO.

Now it depends on exact details of the reform:
