One egg, white sugar, coconut milk
160 degress C - airfryer - 16 minutes
Crack the egg into a jug about size shown - (1/3 pint?)
Add pudding spoon of sugar
And coconut milk made from impulse bulk buy of dried coco-milk (lockdown hoard) found in cupboard -
to jug (3/4 inch from top)
BEAT
Pour into three ramekins
Airfry @160 degrees for 16 mins
Cool. Chill. Eat with banana/tinned fruit/prunes
Add cream if you are a hedonist.
