People don't, largely the purpose of #theMedia attention is to #elevate them, to engineer a perception that theyre interesting and have broad impacts. If people think they're popular, they have power. #popularityModel

We don't believe they're popular, just backed/elevated by moneyPrinters. We ignore 'news' featuring them. If more did we'd be better off.

Step 1) don't use their name. Eg. We say Memecoiner/TwitterBuyer etc. Some say MuskRat, which is hilarious.

I am a postdoctoral researcher @AarhusUni where I teach on the topic of #sustainability and research on the topics of #carbonremoval and #geoengineering, among others, for the EU #GENIE and #ELEVATE research projects.

Ich freue mich unglaublich nächsten Sonntag in Thessaloniki über das #Fediverse sprechen zu dürfen. In Griechenland scheint es noch ein deutliches Stück unbekannter zu sein als hier im deutschsprachigen Raum. Ich darf es in Zusammenarbeit mit Soyun Park machen, einer multidisziplinären Künstlerin und Designerin.
