Today, in HC, the #Maharashtra govt says though Prison Rules allow phone calls, can't allow same for #GautamNavlakha as he is accused of a serious offence!

Special NIA Court, Mumbai has refused bail to #elgarparishad case accused Anand Teltumbde on Monday.

The activist and academician was arrested on April 14, 2020 and is presently detained in the Taloja Central Prison.
