Como resulta que el hashtag #BlockTheBlue estaba siendo TT mundial y apoyado por titanes de aquella red social como #dril, a Musk no se le ha ocurrido nada mejor que empezar a poner verificados a gente que no ha pagado, empezando por el propio dril, y también al chico que lleva(ba) la cuenta de #ElonJet.

Sus verificados indican que están suscritos a tuiter blue, pero no es cierto.

So, meanwhile, on #Twitter, #ElonMusk is just freaking out because the previous owners fought #disinformation campaigns and shared information with federal agencies to do so. Twitter is sent lists of suspect accounts based on metrics, metrics themselves, etc. In some cases the government already knows certain email addresses used to open tons of social media accounts in short order across platforms.

Apparently one partner looking for inauthentic activity - of course done by AI seeking patterns - had listed #CNN and the Canadian military. Of course Twitter knew immediately and it is safe to say neither would behave like real human beings since they are institutions.

Oh, and #AdamSchiff requested two accounts be banned for #doxxing congressional interns. Twitter didn't. One was later banned, but seeming to be unrelated to that post. You would think a guy who banned #ElonJet for doxxing his location because his security guard ran someone over in a Tesla would be okay with a polite ask to stop doxxing.

The biggest legit take is that Twitter had no general misinformation policy, something #MattTaibbi ignores
