Friends of this person talk negatively about them; the stories are repetitive.
I think those folx are also engaging in #harm by not talking to this person directly - consistently.
Those who did speak up reaped #emotionalabuse.
This person is now moving into positions of greater responsibility and #communityleadership.
They show up, but that's not enough for me.
I want to show up authentically, and hopes others choose the same.
I have high standards for #leaders.
